Jax has over 20 years of NLP practice and coaching experience under her belt, a tried and tested home-grown self-leadership model, access to an incredibly powerful Resonance Repatterning healing system and a comprehensive set of personal mastery and healing skills. This is coupled with the compassion, empathy and insight born from navigating and surviving several challenging personal life transitions.

Caro Melnick
With over 30 years in the conference and events industry, Caro Melnick has spent much of her career orchestrating large-scale international events, mastering the art of logistics, operations, and creating seamless experiences. However, she felt a deeper calling—one that led her to step away from corporate life and embark on a journey of transformation.
Now, as a certified Transformation Coach and NLP Practitioner, Caro specializes in helping individuals navigate change, rediscover their purpose, and step into the best version of themselves. Having recently transitioned into an empty nest, she understands the emotional shifts that come with life’s transitions and brings a heart-centered approach to guiding others through their own transformations.
At Soul Healing Adventures: Bali 2025, Caro merges her expertise in subconscious reprogramming with her innate ability to create supportive and immersive experiences. Her unique blend of structured guidance and intuitive coaching ensures that each participant not only explores the breathtaking landscapes of Bali but also undergoes profound inner shifts.
